"1914 Braves" - The "Miracle Braves" of 1914 were a resounding, but fleeting sensation. The entire baseball world was enthralled by the late-season surge that the Boston Nationals performed, which was then concluded by an improbable four-game sweep over the invincible Athletics in the World Series. Immediately echoing the pervading sentiments of fandom was the production of this PM1 pin trumpeting "1914 Braves," and the conventional oval-shaped ornate frame was modified by its maker to the form of a heart. Unexplainably, the player image depicted in this rendering is that of Frank Chance, earlier Cubs superstar who was presently managing the Yankees. In every respect, the condition of this PM1 pin is dazzling, and we advance it as NM-NM/MT.
