Carl Lewis earned worldwide fame in 1984 when he equaled Jesse Owens' record of four track-and-field gold medals in a single Olympics—100 Meters, 200 Meters, 4 x 100-Meter Relay, and Long Jump. Manufactured by Balfour, this gold-toned-celestrium, size 10-1/2 salesman's sample ring features a multi-faceted blue stone and a name bar reading, "LEWIS." The inner band is engraved with the ID code, "SA 3174 8 M B." Near Mint condition.
