During the 1930s, Jimmie Foxx lead Major League Baseball in virtually every major category and capped off the decade with three MVP awards. He was undoubtedly one of the most feared batters in baseball hammering out a career 534 home runs in 20 seasons. Offered is a circa 1930s original 5" x 7" PSA DNA Certified Type I Associated Press photograph of Boston Red Sox "Beast" Jimmie Foxx.

Type 1 – A first-generation photograph, developed from the original negative during the period (approximately two years) when the picture was taken. Type 1s, because of their vintage and originality, are the most desirable and valuable of the four photograph types.
