The freedom of the Underground Comix movement was not just in content, but equally in format. Anything from little eight-pagers to full sized tabloids could be found, and the variety of content went far beyond most of our imaginings. Art Spiegelman's RAW later pushed the concept to the level of high art, with each issue offering high quality production values and exceptional content. Offered in this small group are some true treasures, including: Raw One-Shot #'s 2 (1983, How to Commit Suicide in South Africa, by Sue Coe and Holly Metz, FN) and 4 (1984, Invasion of the Elvis Zombies, by Gary Panter, NM, with original flexi-disc); RAW #'s 1 (FN), 2 (VF), 3 (VG/FN) and 8 (FN); The Collected Adventures of Harold Hedd (1972, VF); Bad News #2 (1984, NM); The East Village Other V.5 #10 (2/11/70, Crumb's classic "Burned Out" cover issue, VF); Spain Rodriguez' The Collected Trashman V.1 #1 (1969, FN); and Gothic Blimp Works #'s 1 (1969, VF/NM) and 8 (NM).
