A Fine first edition copy of Theodore Roosevelt, The Logic of his Career by Charles G. Washburn. This wonderful book is inscribed to a former owner, William Hoster, by both the author and Roosevelt on the flyleaf. The author's inscription reads, "Mr. William Hoster with the compliments of CG Washburn Worcester April 10, 1916." Beneath that inscription, Roosevelt penned, "Hearty good wishes for William Hoster from Theodore Roosevelt." Roosevelt must have approved the biography to have inscribed the book so enthusiastically. Both inscriptions are pristine and grade "10". LOAs from James Spence & Steve Grad and John Reznikoff/PSA DNA.
