1954 Wilson Franks Andy Pafko

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA, with none graded higher. This scarce, regionally distributed card depicts "Handy Andy" Pafko, the Braves' fan favorite who also earned renown as one of the legendary "Boys of Summer." Wilson's typical condition pitfalls have barely affected this showpiece example. All four of the card's narrow borders enjoy favorable alignment, each corner tip is defiantly sharp and intact, and an incredible sea of gloss coats the item's beautifully textured surface. The card's bright colors are such that, even after a half-century, the package of hot dogs at the upper left still looks temptingly fresh! An enhancement to any collection, in truly splendid Near Mint to Mint condition.
