There appears to be 11 signatures on this vintage, unofficial baseball. Of the several that are readily legible, none has ever plied tenure in the Major Leagues. We draw the conclusion that these names likely represent a neighborhood group of lads who thrilled to identify themselves with one of the very familiar celebrities also signing. The medium is an antiquated Rawlings ball with red and blue stitching and there, on the sweet spot, we witness the glorious Babe Ruth autograph ("6"). In deference to his fame, the remaining signers chose not to encroach on that same surface between the seams - recognizing that station as the domain of The Babe. LOA from Steve Grad/PSA DNA and LOA from James Spence Authentication.
