See the great Bobby Jones through the eyes of early 20th Century golf enthusiasts with this incredible find! Presented here is a Bobby Jones Golf Series Tru-vue, complete with its original case and rolls of film. The Tru-vue is a hand-held device that enables manual viewing of photographic frames arranged on neatly rolled segments of film. This remarkable keepsake suits the viewing pleasure of any golf fan, as Jones' unique and nearly flawless approach to the game is splendidly captured in six different sets of tutorial-like images. A lever advances the 35"-long film through the superbly preserved viewer, as its observer is afforded the privilege of recounting the classic, and athletically refined techniques of the legendary icon. Each film contains a different array of "in action" Bobby Jones photo-illustrations, covering such topics as "putting" and "bunker play," and even "short irons" and "the woods." (A seventh film, exhibiting the "fan dancing" antics of Sally Rand, has also made it into this intriguing collection.) The Tru-vue viewer and all seven of these charming and fascinating picture representations reflect EX/MT condition; the hard plastic case, with its felt-like interior, demonstrates exceptional condition and projects minimally EX presentation quality. A scarce offering and a special and significant remembrance recalling the singular talent of Bobby Jones.
