Circa 1910 Ladies Sterling Silver Vanity Box with Nine Accessories

Here offered is a burl walnut French vanity box containing a sterling silver compact (Paris hallmark)with a mirror inside and original powder puff, a pair of silver-topped perfumed bottles, silver pencil, leatherette-covered hair pin box, a similarly covered notebook and wallet, and a 3-1/4" x 5-1/2" mirror with leatherette backing. Attached to the front of the vanity box is an original enameled 1-1/2"-diameter St. Christopher badge. This luxurious piece of yesteryear measures 9-1/8" x 4" x 2-3/4" and is a superb example.
