Graded NM 7 by PSA. Just over a half-dozen copies of this scarcer "semi-high number" entry have been awarded higher, unqualified assessment. A deliciously bright Hall of Fame depiction distinguishes the offered piece's obverse, and bold, blue-inked text graces its back. Traces of respectful handling can be seen only at the left-side corners' outermost tips. An attractive scarcity, in Near Mint condition.
