Offered are four single-digit issues from the very beginnings of Fawcett's long-running title, Tom Mix Western. Two of the issues have been graded by CGC, while two others remain unencapsulated. Includes: #'s 4 (4/48; VF+, with pale cream to off-white pages, and faint, small dust shadows at three corners of the front cover; probably the best portrait cover of Mix in the entire run), 5 (5/48; CGC Universal Grade 6.5, with off-white to white pages; Billy the Kid and Oscar appear), 6 (6/48; CGC Universal Grade 7.5, with off-white to white pages) and 9 (9/48; VG/FN, with cream to off-white pages).
