Hall of Famer Ted Williams' sophomore stint as the Washington Senators manager proved unsuccessful, as the club finished sixth in the American League Eastern Division, even despite slugger Frank Howard's remarkable, 44-homer, 126-RBI season. Twenty-eight members of that 1970 Senators team signed this creamy OAL (Coleman) ball. The players and coaches signed the sphere in black ballpoint, and strength ranges from "7-10". Includes: B. Allen, Brinkman, Camacho (coach), Casanova, Comer, Cox, Cullen, Epstein, Fox (coach, "8-9"), French, Grzenda, Hannan, Howard, Hudson (coach), Knowles, Nen, Pina, Reichardt, Rodriguez, Shellenback, Stroud, Such, Unser, Wilber (coach), Williams (Mgr, s/s, clubhouse), and three others. LOA from Steve Grad & Zach Rullo/PSA DNA.
