Jackie Robinson took the stage in breaking Major League Baseball's color barrier. While this endeavor was courageous and selfless in nature, It wasn't the primary focus on Robinson's own agenda. Robinson's personal mission, above all else, was to play baseball. The offered vintage black-and-white photograph depicts the infielder during his historic 1947 rookie season. Shown practicing his bunting, the item shows VG/EX quality, with only minimal creasing.
