This large image is a two-page center-spread measuring 22-1/2" x 16-3/4". Remington's drawing is entitled, "FOOT-BALL—A COLLISION AT THE ROPES—DRAWN BY FREDERIC REMINGTON." The print image shows a play in progress, with one team bringing down the other team's runner as they plow into the feet of the crowd that is tightly packed together at a rope barricade. Approaches EX display quality with chip at bottom right and small wrinkles.
