Named after President James Madison, the "World's Most Famous Arena" has had several incarnations over the past 135 years. This 3-1/2” x 7” stereoview card depicts the second Madison Square Garden, which existed from 1890 to 1925. It is captioned “Madison Square Garden, N.Y. City” with “Standard Series” darkly imprinted on both sides of the front. The reverse is blank. Sturdy EX condition with minor wear and image fading.
